Eps Files

I'm hoping someone can either point me in the right direction or help me with my problem.

I am trying to open an EPS file that was sent to me however I'm not able to do so.

I can only assume I need to have a certain program in order to do so or something along those lines.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

actually I have been doing some research online thank you very much...lol

but most of the answers I've come across have said that I would need something like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop to be able to open the file up. I do not have either at this time..

Is there a way to be able to open the file online directly through some online converter or something...

EPS file? Get GhostViewer and GhostScript, they will handle that type of file if it is the type I am familiar with.
