Lol, Skip making idiotic posts again. Nobody is holding the South down but Wayne? We've already discussed this, and I already named several rappers that are MUCH better than Wayne. Wayne is just the only one that is really commercial. Trae, Z-Ro, Bun-B, and others, don't really sell out and go all commericial and sh!t. They keep it real. Something Wayne will never do.

How the hell are his lyrics untouchable? His lyrics are elementary.
His mixtapes are highly overrated, people are just on his nuts. Ever since The Carter II, he's dropped nothing but wackness, but since people are on his nuts, they still love him and say he's the greatest rapper ever. There are so many other rappers out there right now that I guarantee you've never even heard of, that are 100x better than Wayne. That includes Trae, Z-Ro, and Bun-B. If you don't think they are better, then you obviously just don't know what the hell you are talking about... like most Wayne fans.

tell me how his lyrics are elementry seriously. most his lines he says u have to think about cause its makes sense so clearly, in every song its something new the punch lines are ridiculous, i have yet find it hard to belive why this thread got started chamillionaire vs wayne? thats like comparing apples and bananas, i can see why alot of people dont like wayne cause his lyrics are very deep. they actually mean something, unlike most rappers out there making 2 step songs that are good im not gonna lie but most of them make no sense its just words.

If you haven't noticed, commerical rap is at it's worst right now. It's never been this bad. The game is absolutely embarassing. So being the hottest commercial rapper right now isn't such a great thing to be, lol. You guys need to listen to some real hip hop, and then listen to Wayne, and then you'll know what i'm talking about.
guess its all personal choice really..u cant just sit here and put him down for being " comercial" and say his flows arent sick.. he can go for days on other peoples songs, and make them hotter (in most cases) yeah he has some weird lines but all in all his shit makes sense and are some sick punch lines, and most everysong its something new.
give me some names.. and ill compare ill bet u a thousand i heard of them.
