yes they are. I only paid 160 a piece for the 15's. i have 4 of them in a extended cab s10 and they are loud.

the newer v max's (silver and black) are ok. SQ isnt all that great at all but they get kinda loud. The old v max (red and black) are alot better to me just my 2 cents
