My buddy had an old school 18" Stroker with a Memphis MOJO amp on it. The amp blew, not the sub. And Memphis amps RARELY blow, even with abuse. (I've had a couple and I used to abuse the Sh!t out of my stuff:blackeye: )

amps generally don't blow because of abuse....

they blow because of heat, undervoltage, incorrect impedance, or heavy vibration

any of which COULD be symptoms of abuse, but generally are caused by other, unavoidable factors

my strokers just got here, and they're HUGE!

But ****, 29mm xmax is believable

they're THE stiffest, most unbudgeable speakers i've ever layed my hands upon

it would take an act of god to move a sub that stiff that far, let alone push it out of alignment.... the fvcking surrounds feel like they're made of hard plastic.....

hopefully i can move these things at all.............
