Cerwin Vega or JL ???

Hi i was looking at upgrading my 12" subs to 15"

i was considering the JL 15W0's or Cerwin Vega's HED 15's

what would you guys recommend between those two models ??

Try a pair of MTX RFL152's. They're OK. And not too expensive (ha ha ha)

I'd take the W0's over the HED's.

id take the jl w0's then id dream of adire tempests lol save up your change for a few week and just get those

Even though the Cerwin's are DVC you guys still think the w0's will out run them

dvc has nothing to do with performance, those jl w0s will blow those heds out of the water. You can get the tempests from http://www.adireaudio.com, its the 15 inch model obviously, but youll be happy with them!!!!!!

i can order the tempests through their WWW and have them shipped to australia, but not sure if the tempests will be worth the extra costs / hassles.

How much extra money are we talking here? I'd say that the Tempests would be a much better choice if it wasn't something outrageous.

After doing some research i think they'd work out to be just as expensive.

Im starting to like the tempests, as plain as they may look... they seem to be very powerful

*shrugz* it is very hard for me as i've never seen / heard of that brand here in OZ before, but i do see a lot of you talking about them with nothing but good things to say.

i think they are at least as good as a w3 imho lil different but very good the 12" version of the tempest is the shiva
