Cerwin Vega mix up

I just purchased 2 cerwin vega V-max 12 in subs..... I thought I was getting to white and silver V-max but instead they sent me the black with the Red Cerwin Vega logo on it.. Wasn't my fault it was onlinecarstereo's fault they have a pic of the white and silver but the black one was sent.... I am thinking of returning them for the ones i wanted but was wondering if there is any difference between the two? Which one's are better I have no clue. I would assume they are pretty much the same speaker aren't they?

I belive that the red and siver are the older model and does not handle as much power.

The silver i think is the newest out of the vmax, mine are the all black with just the red cerwin vega symbol in the middle... i ordered the silver but was shipped the wrong ones and onlinecarstereo said it isnt there fault its cerwin vegas.. wondering whats the difference or which is suppose to be better.

has anyone had expierence with one or both of these subs? Just gotta feeling Cerwin and or onlinecarstereo are going to be b*tches aout this even thou there pics says the silver,
