Im going to change my answer to Goobs and mods, mods delegate what rules Goob presents so they should all be in favor of said rules so they will abide by them, and preferably that they make sense when analyzed crititcally

btw, good doesnt own any information on this site, we could all have all of our threads deleted.. maybe good could resurrect them or not, but this information can be spread across the web so "his" information becomes unsignificant.. its not like he has metaphysical knowledge in his pocket and can choose not to share it
