Multiple times. If you speed and get caught you get a ticket. Some times your lucky and you get a warning. This situation is exactly like that. Break it one to many times and your going to get a ticket (ban).

The funny part about it? This thread was that very point, censorship. The point is how there are rules in the Thunderdome (off-topic) forum. Why have a sticky with rules? That like rules on freedom of speech.
