the phone will be unlocked tomorrow for any GSM provider. if your phone uses a sim card then thats a GSM phone and will work!

I didnt report anybody i will let the thread pan out. the phone is 2 and a half weeks old and still in the box i took it out to get the sim card out the box and i took it out to get pics of it and thats it.
