Cell phone while driving

I'm 16, my phone is all touch screen, so its not hard to text at all, i just put it on top of the steering wheel, so i'm looking in the direction of the road, and continue to text, i live in Indiana, small town, not much traffic, i would never do that in a big city with cars all around though.

what about the cops they are the worst ones. thats all i see the ones around here do is talk and drive all day
