I'm 16, my phone is all touch screen, so its not hard to text at all, i just put it on top of the steering wheel, so i'm looking in the direction of the road, and continue to text, i live in Indiana, small town, not much traffic, i would never do that in a big city with cars all around though.

I did some cleaning on there because I used that google import feature, and all sorts of shit came over from that which was unintended. You prob fell victim to my madhouse cleaning job, sowwwy.

If they were to make it illegal to hold the phone in your hand I'd probably live with it. But it'd be stupid to fine people for using a bluetooth earpiece or through their radio. It's no different then talking to someone in the car with you. People who text while driving are just looking to get hurt, and they know it.

They should not make it illegal. How many times you see people looking at the passenger with talking instead of the road, or people playing with the radio? Its not anymore distracting IMHO.
