my neighbor can unlock phones he works at cellular expressions and he does that stuff, takes him bout 5mins if that, does it for free

^^ yea thats true, some do, but some dont.. and some give u a hell of a hard time.

This is for the ppl that dont have any other options, and just want their phone unlocked
