cell phone repair help

So i dunno if anyone on here knows a thing or two about cell phones but i need help. I got a motorola v325 a couple months ago and its been a great phone, i dropped it in a glass of water the first week i had it but then i let it dry out for a day and it was fine. Now im having difficulty charging my battery in it and the battery dies really fast when it is charged. For example i can plug my phone in to the wall and it might charge the battery, randomly. If it does work and it says my charge is complete, i call one person and i lose a bar of power. I ordered a new battery on ebay and im waiting for it to come in a couple of days.

Is there a possibility that it can be something internally with the phone? I figured it was just the battery possibly because its been so hot out that it might have messed something up. All my problems have been power issues. When i do have power the phone works flawlessly so far.

try a car charger. the house charger i got with my razr crapped out, and i bought a new one and it's worked perfectly. but i've dropped my phone several times so it's still messed up in other areas.

if it's under a warranty of any kind, take it back and have them replace it.

thas pretty much how a bad battery will act... i would wait until u get the new one and see how that does it

they wont replace it if its been dropped in water... theres a little sticker that will turn red if it gets wet

its probaly the battery. if they wont replace it buy a new one they dont cost that much.
