cell phone battery help

my phone just died out this morning but i think the baterry might be bad. the phone is a motorola v710 and i bought it off ebay and i has woked with the batt for two days prior, but i did notice in those two days that the battery would drain really quick. when i hook it up to the charger the phone just blinks.

it is a 3.6 volt batt and on the dmm it reads 3.0 volts. you think it could be the battery?

well on my phone(MDA) if the battery goes below 15% you have to use the OEM charger to charge it otherwise it doesnt work.

so are you using the OEM charger?

hmm if your phone is still under warranty exchange battery. my mothers razr had a battery problem i went to cingular store and swapped it

x2. i went through 4 motorolas and they all had battery problems at some point. some old motorola, and the battery only lasted like a day and a half, then i got the razr and it worked for about a year, but then i had to charge the battery ever night, so i got it replaced under warrenty 2 different times and both times i had to charge it every night, then i just gave up on motorola.
