Cell Phone and Head Unit

I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to connect your cell phone to your head unit so you can have a complete hands free solution. Kinda like the bluetooth in the new Acura TL and Mercedes with the Voice Command option. I know that Alpine used to have an adapter but it was only for Nokia phones. the only way i know of is to buy an alpine, a nokia, and the interface for them.

Yes, I want to connect my phone (either via wire or bluetooth) to my head unit and have a microphone as well so when my phone rings I can accept the call and I can hear it through my stereo. Just like in a Mercedes or on the Acura TL commercial.
