Celestra Amps?

I am wondering if anyone has any experience with them because I has access to one for pretty cheap and just wanted to know if they were any good I have never used or even heard of them. It is a DA2K ,2100 rms @ 1 ohm, tell me what you think or what you have experienced regarding these amps.
