Ok my problem is i plan to buy cdt cl61 and some 4x6 but i have found very few 4x6 that can handle the power like the cl61. so do you guys think it would be best to get some good 4x6 and let them be powered by the HU and get a 2 channel amp that puts out about 100 watts per channel for the cl61. CHoice #2 Get a 4 channel amp that puts out 4x 75 watts and power everything by that?

This is in a S-10 the 4x6s are in the dash while the 6.5s are int he door.

Havent found the 4x6s yet.....

ALso do you guys know where i can find a good sq amp either 2 x100watts or a 4 x 75 watts for under 250?

Thanks for any help......

I'd say put the CDT midbass in the door and the tweets in the dash, get a USX 2080 or something of the like, and leave it at that. In my opinion, 4x6's are a waste of time.

Might be the 3/4" - better off-axis response and/or sensitivity could lead to a brighter sounding tweeter. I'm not sure why they recommend moving...

What also helps is the suspensions on them aren’t as tight as a virgin on prom night! Sorry I couldn’t resist using this joke 🤣
