CDT CL-69 Help

I have a pair of CDT CL-69's. One of them is broken. The cone flexes higher then the working 6x9, and seems too "bottom out", giving a nasty broken sound. I pushed up both cones from the bottom, too see how far the working one flexes, compared too the broken one, and noticed the the adhesive between the cone and the rubber is cracked pretty much all around. I tried too point out that im talking about in the picture below. I am looking for an adhesive i can use too reglue it, and what the best way too do so would be. Sorry if my description is poor =/

If the adhesive is the only problem, it can be fixed with ca glue.

You can find it cheaper elsewhere. I just provided that link so you could see it for yourself.

Rubber cement might work too. You'll have to test it for yourself.
