cdt cl 61's vs ef 61cv's

im having trouble deciding between the two right now. the cl 61's are 100 dollars and ef 61cv's are only 60 more dollars (160$). Is it worth spending the extra 60 dollars or not, also are there any other comps in that price range that are better then these. I dont really have a place i can listened to these, the only car audio place that i know of around me only carries jl and focal.

VoTran24 is selling them for 100 dollars plus shipping and i saw someone with a some and the classifieds on here the other day for 90 i think.

i heard in terms of straight output the cl-61 has more midbass whereas the ef-61 has much more detail and distinction in the woofer's sound.
