which one is the mid adjustments and which one is the tweeter? so its suppose to have -3, 0, +3?They are tweeter and mid adjustments should say -3 0 & + 3
Change it around and see what you like.so would one of the mid bass settings make it bassier?
this is funny. OP, I wish I could help, but I cannot. Seems nobody actually has the knowledge you seek on those CDT x-overs. Yet if you had come here seeking a comp set, there is a %99 chance you would have had at least one of their online vendors trying to sell them to you in real short order.. I do not doubt their quality too much, but good luck getting the operational advice you seek.yeh i plan to, but before i took all my door trims off etc i just wanted to know whether the settings will help with bass
Are they true full range or do you have a HPF on them....and if so, what are they set at?which one is the mid adjustments and which one is the tweeter? so its suppose to have -3, 0, +3?
what should i set midbass at for a more bassy sound? im not runnign any subs...
so would one of the mid bass settings make it bassier?
1)Did you properly deaden and prepare your door before installing your components?hpf?
what should they be set at?
some HU's have built in x-overs and if yours is activated, it may be set too high. Same with factory HU's, some have a factory HPF for the mid/high freq drivers...and same with a amp, most nowdays have a x-over built in and it could be set too high. It depends mostly on the power applied to the comps as to how low they will play without distortion. Install is very crucial as well.hpf?
what should they be set at?
