They are tweeter and mid adjustments should say -3 0 & + 3
which one is the mid adjustments and which one is the tweeter? so its suppose to have -3, 0, +3?

what should i set midbass at for a more bassy sound? im not runnign any subs...

the little switch should be for the tweets, and the larger switch is for the mids..it is best to play a couple songs/or some music, most listened to in order to make the adjustments to your liking..my settings as every ones will differ from ear to ear,so make your adjustments to where you are most pleased towards.

yeh i plan to, but before i took all my door trims off etc i just wanted to know whether the settings will help with bass
this is funny. OP, I wish I could help, but I cannot. Seems nobody actually has the knowledge you seek on those CDT x-overs. Yet if you had come here seeking a comp set, there is a %99 chance you would have had at least one of their online vendors trying to sell them to you in real short order.. I do not doubt their quality too much, but good luck getting the operational advice you seek.

so would one of the mid bass settings make it bassier?
hpf?
what should they be set at?
1)Did you properly deaden and prepare your door before installing your components?

2)Do you have them ran off of an amplifier? if so, which one?

3)What head unit are you using? You will want to utilize it's High Pass Crossovers if it is equipped with one.

4)You might as well just plan on getting, (at the very least) a small subwoofer if you are looking for a little bass. If it's a cdt set, they recommend a crossover point that would eliminate the production of most sub-bass anyways.

some HU's have built in x-overs and if yours is activated, it may be set too high. Same with factory HU's, some have a factory HPF for the mid/high freq drivers...and same with a amp, most nowdays have a x-over built in and it could be set too high. It depends mostly on the power applied to the comps as to how low they will play without distortion. Install is very crucial as well.

Easy, bud. This got overlooked.

The midrange jumper is basically going to shape the sound for a 6.5" woofer or a woofer as small as 4". It's labeled that way so you simply pick which size woofer you have. In other words, for a bit more bass set it to 6.5. The other setting is the image tweeter level switch. The "VL" setting is the loudest setting, with a gradual decrease as you approach the other side of the switch. If you don't have tweeters connected to the "Image Tweeter" output terminals this switch will do nothing. It's a simplified version of the UpStage systems sold separately.
