Dude,

Your "problem" is not really a problem. It's actually quite normal for CD's to get hot - it occurs from a combination of the heat from the head unit, air temperature behind and around the unit, and heat from the engine compartment. I wouldn't worry at all - if it's a real hot day out run your AC - that will help.
