cd won't come out right help please!

my cd player is acting up. i have a kenwood cd player, specifically a KDC-MP628, and the Cd won't come out right. when i hit the eject botton, it comes out partially, then just goes back in, or gets stuck right there and i have to pull it out. i was wondering if there was a way to fix it, if there is anything i can check for it. it did it once before maybe a couple or few weeks ago, but came out more than half way, then just happened worse again this morning and only came out less than half way...

have you talked to them about it? do you need the receipt or something...whats the process of that?
