CD Player Installation Question.

Hi i have 1991 Chevy Silverado Extended Cab. I recently bought a CD Player and i bought the correct dash mount and everything but when i go to put the CD Player into the Dash its hitting something in the back.

If anyone has worked on a chevy OR has ran into this problem before plz get back to me. If you know any ideas of how to fix it so it will fit properly plz let me know Thank you very much.

is there a plastic thign screwed to the back of the deck?

what doe sit look liek is hitting?

It looks like its hitting the Air Conditioning Tunnel (the black one in your dash) but not sure thats why i don't want to **** with it yet...
