cd changer??

i was thinking about adding a cd changer but i have a couple questions. i have a pioneer premier 750 with changer controls so will adding a changer give me the same sound quality as playing a cd in the head unit? and i also plan on putting the changer in my trunk with my sub but will the vibration from the sub cause it to skip?
