Anyone have any experience with them at CC???

I have an HU that I bought from there, and payed 30$ for a warranty.

Well, it seems that the connection between the amp, and the faceplate is going. My left side constantly cuts out, and is fixed by pushing the faceplate in...

So, I really think that I deserve a new HU. What do you guys think? What do you think "THEY" will think?

How about go in and ask?

They will send it out for repair. If it cannot be fixed, then you will be issued a new one. If it's an outdated model, then you will be given the depreciated value of your equipment.

Your actually supposed to get exactly what you paid for the unit. The only thing that can be prorated is if you have a remaining warranty and you wish to cancel it.

I didn't want to go up their, wait for a caraudio employee to show up, then deal with talking to him about it. This is way easier.

go to the cust service counter, they usually know the in's and out's of the warranties more then anyone. They are who you would have to deal with in a warranty issue anyway.

Wrong...they prorate the warranty
