it got shipped today and i emailed them asking "hey i thought this was cancelled why is it shipping to me?" they response was the "cancelled thanks for your business". The package weighs 8.4lbs according to fedex though so we'll see.

if they did send it and charge your account, ask them is their a way you can return it and get a refund if not call up your bank to dispute it.

He already stated ^^^ that the transaction has already been refunded to his card but the shipment is still en route to him anyway.

I would have kept it... and kept my mouth shut.

But since you told people, I'm gonna try and make myself look like a good guy and tell you to do the right thing, contact them when you recieve it, and then send it back if they want it back.

they screwed up... but its something like you buying something on sale, returning it and getting full price back.

Comes down to what YOU feel is right, although posting this on a public forum probably wasn't the greatest idea.

These are situations where you just can't lose. If you keep it, you just got something cool for FREE!!!

if you give it back, you get a good feeling (I don't but most ppl do) and then you can tell all your friends and even girls how great of a thing you did.... then you get laid!!!
