Hello all, we recently had a scam situation on a motorcycle forum that i moderate on. after googleing his username, i found several sites that this same guy is a member of. i know its the same guy, because in all of these sites, he is very insistant on selling baseball cards and such items that only real collectors will have. i invite you all to come check out what this guy is trying to do on our website and i do caution you when it comes to buying/selling to/from this guy. please use caution with dealing with him, as he does seem pretty desperate for money be be able to think of such a scam. he definately tried to use our members sympathy as a profitable experience. MX519 is his username on both our site and yours... BEWARE!!!
now after one of our other mods, caught on to his scam, i decided to do a little research......... heres what i came up with
and here are some of his other posts after our members started to fall for it.I'm not a GSXR rider, but my brother was. Both of my parents passed away at a young age which left me at 23 and my younger brother at 17. I knew I had to be responsible and take care of him, and lead him in the right direction for schooling. The only thing that kept us together was our bikes. I got back to the apartment Sunday after going to church with the girlfriend and was eating dinner when the phone rings. I get a crying voice and I knew it wasn't good. A lady talking on a cell phone had pulled out in front of my brother off of S. 31st street. Now I lost the closest person in my life. My parents are gone and my brothers gone. I just got home from taking a long ride to work things over. And now have a voicemail on the phone saying I owe $2,300.00 for a funeral because I was legaly responsible for him. I now have to sell my R1, which means I have no ride to work and back everyday because my girl has school coming up. The helmet he had on is completly demolished, and it hurts so bad just every time I look at it. I just need some prayers from you guys for my loss of my brother and my finaincial situation I do not know what to do. Just please pray for me guys.
Guys I appreciate all your prayers and it means allot to me that I have a family on these forums. Honestly it may sound crazy, but the only thing keeping my mind clear right now is being on the bike. So I'm off for another long trip. Thanks again for your prayers guys, all you other riders are like another family.
THEN, he goes and tries to sell these sympathetic people his baseball cards...Took a long ride through Austin and it just kills me to pass bikers. I just feel free when I'm on two-wheels. My brother was well known in the motocross area, and we will miss him allot. He started on bikes at 4 years old racing motocross, and got his first Ninga street bike at 15 years old. He was well experienced for his age, and knew how to react in most all situations, I guess the timing was just bad. Our parents always said be careful on them bikes. When I got my first street bike he was just a young one, and he helped mow the neighbors yard week in and week out saving for a bike. My parents told him how dangerous street bikes were. He just loved to ride. And I still remember him saying. "I was born to be a bike rider. Whether it is two wheels on the street or in the dirt, it's what I do. If I'm going to die it is going to be on 2 wheels." I love you brother. Also as far as donations, I appreciate all the people out there and I feel so bad about taking everyones money for this. These guys on another bike forum are greatly helping donating money through paypal and I honestly couldnt appreciate anyone more. Hope to see you guys around.
Thanks bro. There is no problem. I'd rather not take money from anyone anyway. I'm just trying to get some money quick. I know this isn't a classifieds so I'm not going to list a price or anything but if anyones intereted pm me. You could make profit off of this easily if you have an ebay account. There is thousands and thousands of dollars in sports cards here if anyone collects or would like to sell them for profit. Here's what I have. Pm me if any of you guys are interested.

Again thanks to everyone. I talked to the funeral home, they do not let you pay it out over a certain length period but he's going to try and help me out with what he can. If any of you got a few extra dollars in your paypal account that you dont use know more, just let me know. I'm not the kind to take money, and I'll pay you back if at all possible. If you want to talk pm just let me know. I'm not asking for know large amounts, or anything please. And if you dont have it in there, dont put it in there. Just if you have a few extra bucks in your paypal account or some extra change let me know. These guys have set up a paypal account for me, and is cashing and sending the funeral home the money. Please do not send over $5.00 either. Thank you guys for all your support and for being there, and I will be the same when you guys are in a hole.

im also interested in seeing the other bike forum you speak of. so far, ive found about 10 difrent forums that you are selling a bunch of cards/soprts items so you can make your truck payment (that you apparently crashed in june). then you're selling alot of stuff to buy a new car (posted on july5th). i also niticed that on these diffrent sites, you are linking pics of baseball cards that you are trying to sell from diffrent photobucket accounts. thats a #1 telltale sign of a scam artist.
what im getting from my research is this.....
1. you used to live in Jonesboro AK and moved to Temple TX you couldnt afford your truck payment in june so you crashed it ( proabaly to get the insurance to pay it off) http://www.baseballcardz.com/forum/v...ghlight=#26500

nowhere on these other forums does it mention your brother crashing (so why did you sign up on our site just to tell us this and ask for donations/sell baseball cards?)
2. im still on ronron.com trying to find your account/username with no joy, but you seem to link all of your usernames from the various forums to this one email address (funny.. thats also your paypal address)
3. you also seem to be a very big car audio fan accouring to your 588 posts on caraudio.com. hows the new mazda melinnia doing? (sounds to me like you needed to spend more on the car payment and less on the sound system) and still no mention of your brother. although i have learned quite a few interesting facts about you that ill keep to myself for now. ill be sure to make a post over there to help you on your quest for raising money for funeral expenses and link them to this site so they can see that you are reaching out to all of your "family" for help.
by the way... for the members who are reading this... this kid is only 17 years old according to a few posts on caraudio.com and 29 according to his profile (so which one is it?) Maybe WE should call your brother who works in the IFA (Internet Fraud Association) and report you for scamming people. ( at least thats where he claims his brother works)
