Cassette Slave pocket for 2000 Accord?

My Accord had a strange factory stereo: a double DIN CD receiver + a cassette player slave. I have an Alpine unit installed in the double DIN area now, but the cassette player slave remains because I can't find a pocket/panel to fit it. At first glance it looks like single DIN size, but it's actually a little larger. I guess it could just stay as-is, but if there's a pocket option or something that would allow me to remove the cassette player, I'd like to do it.

I would bet you could make a universal pocket fit in there. Some pockets have different trim rings and mounting options you should be able to make something work from that.

you can just remove the entire cassette assembly. my guess is you just gain more pocket. i have the same dash, and there is nothing there. you could just use the panels from an EX.

I guess my best bet would be to try to find that large backpanel you've got down in the large pocket area.

get a small piece of plexi, slap on a logo, back light it and bam....custom shti
