I scan my Driver licence and send him to his email adress.

he prints it out, signs the check and he's good to cash it.

i don't think it will work. anyone could get a copy of your license if they wanted it bad enough, i'm sure.

thats how i think the casher will look at it. worth a shot though

I borrowed 600 from a good friend of mine so i let him keep the check.Can he cash it without my presense coz i really don feel like driving 90 miles.

He could endorse it to himself on behalf of you and deposit is as long as you don't call and say you never got it.

if he has a bank account, then my method will work as long as he has a copy your license.

email him your license. sign the check and "make payable to john doe" under your sig.

i've done it with personal checks AND payroll checks.

if he doesn't have a bank account, you could always just deposit it in your bank, then write him a personal for 600 and mail that.

you're making this way too hard.

never got lost but delayed by 4 weeks. yeah.
