cascade omega motor turned into a 12 what recne works best?

i want a recone that will be good for about 1700wrms daily. i have talked to dc, sundown, psi andfi. fi responded he quickest and i do like a high xmax btl recone sub will be in about 3" feet with a 6' flared aero tuned to the low 30's it will need to take abuse no problem. been wanting to build a omega for awhile
