Carputer clipping 2v signal? Do i need a line driver?

I currently have my carputers output going into a pioneer head unit. thenitgoes out to my two amps from the decks front and sub outs. I want to get rid of the deck but will my 2.0V maxtest tone signal i could get mightbe clipping, is 1.5V enough or shouldi run a line driver outof the carputer? I have to go to two amps both have in and outs.

i think it will fine without a line driver... just set the gains as if your sound card was a car head unit... you may even get a cleaner sound this way...

but im not sure if your sound card will have the desired EQ settings... programs EQ such as Winamp, Windows media player, etc works pretty artificially

btw i have noticed my onboard sound car has stronger preouts than my Alpine 9815 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif
