Eh... I'm not sure the Dane Cook stuff is so much stealing so much as just talking about similar subject matter. Mencia just flat out rips shit off.

Yeah I don't care for Dane Cook myself, I thought he was horrible in the movie "Waiting." Nothing he said was funny, I mean nothing. I've seen a couple of his stand ups and couldn't really find myself laughing to any of it, it's just stupid jokes.

Yeah, nothing he said ever made me laughed and I watched one of his stand up dvds, it was so lame, it was like he was trying to act like a hard *** for it to be funny, but he really just ran around the stage in a circle complaining like a little kid. The bit about the middle finger being played out is about as dumb as it gets. Some people like him though, cuz he is obviously selling, I just don't get it.

Kevin James "Sweat the Small Stuff" is hilarious. For the same reason to me, as DC's stuff is. I can relate to all of it.

As for Dane Cook, I like his material. Some of it isn't funny, but I think he makes thing relate to your memories. Alot of his act is pulled from teen year memories, and that's why he sells so well. Not many people out there are relating to that specific genre the way he does. Not saying others can't, just saying others don't make that their act. Also, DC's "steals" aren't really steals, IMO. I have a hard time explaining this, but IMO, it would be impossible for material not to overlap with all the life experiences people have and amount of comedians out there. Some just are more well known than others.

Carlos is a thief. There's no way around that. His jokes are verbatim from other's acts.
