There are two schools to trance. Slow and fast. Rulers of the Deep is considered trance... it's not exactly a slow rythmic beat by comparison.

I have lots of good stuff so if you want some just pm me and I can hook you up, but as for reccomendations: PPK, Niels Van Gogh, Ferry Corsten, East Clubbers, Dj Dean(!!!), DHT is good for vocal/female trance, Cosmic Gate, Brooklyn Bounce, Benassi Brothers, ATB, Astral Projection for your pure trance (no vocals, and very downtempo), 4 Clubbers, 4 Elements, Lords Of Acid, Darude, Warp Brothers (upbeat but good nonetheless), Robert Miles, @ Power, 2 Vibes, Klubbingman, Moby, Daft Punk (good at times), Paul Oakenfold, & Wide Life just to name a few, much much more, but those are my fav's.
