cardomain is trying to rip me off!!

I ordered a set of clarion subs and id subs from cardomain. I decided against using either of the sets of subs since I went with a TC OEM 10. So I returned them, not even opening the boxes on both sets. I look on my credit card and for the first set I paid 290 and they gave me 220 back, on the 2nd set I paid 260 and they gave me 180 back. I just called and they said the guy at the warehouse that inspected them said they looked like they were mounted in a box! I never even took them out of their boxes and yet they are claiming I mounted them. Funny thing is I dont even have any enclosures to mount them in, I have 1 12 in my car right now and these are two 10s. I have to call back to talk to a supervisor but I have a feeling I will be getting the run around. What the hell should I do? This is honestly a huge ripoff, I would have never expected something like this from a large website like cardomain.

Also they said the guy that inspected the subs is no longer with the company, what a convenience that is.

cardomain is a peice of shit, 105% price match my ***!!!! I was denied because "it was a different part #" the fuse block was the same **** thing

according their return policy, restocking fee is only paid when a product is missing something or used otherwise its 100% refund. I called before to make sure I would get my full money back or else I would have just sold it on the forum or ebay or something

I did, thats why i ordered it from a place that has a 100% return policy, I wasnt sure which subs to get, try researching clarion slim mount subs, there is no info out there on them and I decided I did not want to be a guinnee pig, I could have easily ordered them off ebay for a lot cheaper but wanted to be sure I could return them if I choose to go a different route. Just because I changed my mind does not make it right to lie and say they looked installed when they were never taken out of the box? how does that justify it?

Its like saying I get hit by a drunk driver at 2 am and then saying, well maybe you should have not been drivign that late, who the **** cares when i was driving, its not my fault and totally unrelated.
