ok so last week i made a thread pertaining to this.. heres the story

i got my system installed about a month ago.. 2 weeks ago my car wouldnt start.. got it jumped by AAA and took it to the dealer.. they gave me a new battery.. now a week ago my car wouldnt start again.. got it jumped by AAA(reason i keep getting it jumped by AAA is because it wouldnt work with regular cars).. took it to the dealer.. they said they thought it was because the positive terminal on the battery was loose.. so they tightened it and put a different connector on and i picked it up. now 4 days later my car wont start again.

the only reason i can think of that would cause this is my system.. what could i possibly have hooked up wrong that my amp or headunit would still be drawing power from the battery when the car is off?

Check your remote wire, in a buddy of mines car when he hooked up his amp the remote wire was barely touching the power wire and the amp stayed on even when the car was off
i can visually see the amp turn off wheni turn the car off.. i have my back seat trunk slot open and can see the amp(hifonics) and the blue lights go off when the headunit is off.

if the remote wire is not connected the amp wont even turn on when i turn on my headunit will it? or does the remote wire just tell it to shut off?

um dumb question but is the alt working that sounds like just enough time between dead batterys to not be charging at all just running off battery maybe?
I dont think so, he would definately notice other strange things happening while he is driving if his alt is dead

well i took it to the dealer twice so if the alternator wasnt working im sure they wouldve caught it

and to the guy saying i might to upgrade.. im only sending about 800w to my sub and still have stock bose speakers... stock electrical should handle 800w easily.. in fact it isnt really stock electrical because the current battery i have is better than the one i had in the first time my car wouldnt start

Try disconect the ground and rem from the amp for a few days and see if it stays charged. If so, its something in the amp.
i will do that.. but for now id like to know if there are any other possible things that i may have done wrong that could cause this..
