Car Trouble

Bah,

"Don't worry Kenny, it's a solid car man, solid car"

Those were the words from my friend Tony, who I've known for about 8 years. He's the one that got me my Probe, and for the past 2 weeks, problems have been resulting in me losing hair.

I've already put 500 in maintence, and now I have to get another power steering pump, because the current one...good lord, makes the most high pitched squeal I've ever heard. Can't have that when you're cruising..

Well, I guess the guy from the movie Snatch was right, Gypsies can't be trusted.

LIFTERS damaged

Estimated repair cost- 670 dollars.

No way will I pay for that. My friend got me that car less than a month ago.

Oh, he better ****ing pay, or else his nice little 2002 corvette will be history

Dont knock the Probes man. Cheaper then an MX-6 but same systems.

I have a probe myself.

Hey, if your getting all of this done, check the ******, they **** fluid like no other and can burn easily if not taken care of.

For cheaper parts, check out wrecking yards and to save on Labor buy a chiltons manual and do it yourself. Course, if you're not mechannically inclined, just beat the Heck out of your "friend"

ill beat the heck out of him

friends dont sell friends fords

hahhah

just joking i am a chevy fan

every vehicle out there has its quarks but my goodness 2 of my friends own probes and i have never seen vehicles with so many problems

it almost seems as if they never leave my driveway hahah the auto house in the suberbs:D

my sister had a 94 probe and the **** transmission sucked ***. it went out then we got a new one and that **** thing didn't work. not worth the hassle. but some say they r the cheap mans mustang??????????????

Usually the problems with Probes stem from people not servicing them enough early on. Mine has 70,000 and IMO If I keep it serviced right and everything maintained, then it will hold up fairly well.

Personally I am a chevy kind of guy too. But when you pick up a 94 SE with 70k for $1500 you dont pass up that opportunity.

Ive tried to look for some but there isnt many. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif Maybe you know of more
No, I hate that stuff, the car's speedy enough

To me, it's all about good tunes, not fast cars

Originally posted by SasquatchBump I agree with you wholeheartedly. I just have some money and dont know what to buy. I go through system plans like no other and never buy anything. Just wanted to keep my

buying options open.
Cold Air Intake...maybe a new manifold (replacing the hot stock one), new spark plugs, wires, give you some well deserved boost, clean your IAC's too, they get rather dirty
