Car Sub-Amp Wiring

I need help with wiring a tube sub with an amp that is integrated(or already installed) into the sub. The brand is Hollywood sound an I've searched looking for help but I thought this might be the best place to look for help. Below is a picture of the pre-installed Amp. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

I was also wondering if this needed wire for power, ground and remote and which of these would that be..?

Also does this have an input for the RCA? I see the output, but is the input to the left of it?

That's like a line output converter I'm assuming, run speaker wire from those to the wiring for the rear speakers.

Basically I want to test this thing out, I already have an regular amp and an enclosed sub setup in the car but was wondering what this would sound like.. so I need to know what wires would go where... *****This is a Tube Sub- with an amp or ( output converter pre-installed)****

Line input would be if you ran wire from your rear speaker channel on the head unit to the amp. This would be for if you had a factory radio.

Next to the output on the left should be the input.

As for power, ground, and remote:
