Car Stereo Not Working

All the fuses seem to be in working order unless I missed one. I know there isn't anything wrong with the stereo because it does the same thing to my other decks. It does receive power because it can still eject cds, but just doesn't seem to power up all the way. You know how the deck is suppose to power on all the way when you turn on your car. Some reason it isn't and I don't know why.

It sounds like your acc. wire (red) is not getting power...maybe a fuse on the car end or a connection broke loose...the deck will still receive power full time through the constant (yellow) wire and allow the CD to eject

I don't think my wires are bad because it does the same thing to the stock radio. Is there a fuse for the ACC under the hood or under the steering wheel?

Is there a fuse for the ACC? I don't think it's mis wired because the stock deck does the same thing to.

Every car I have worked on has a ACC fuse either under the dash or under the hood.

Does your cigarette lighter work? I've seen them both on the same circuit several times.

Thanks For The Help Guys, Got It Fix. Turned Out To Be The Starter Fuse.
