Car Show

I am entering a car show at school, and the best system at school is 2 L5 15's. He is running a boss IQ3k.1 I need to destroy this kid and embarrass this kid i got about $750, to spend on 2 subs and an amp. I would even consiter going 4 12's i got a car and for the show i am probly going to put the subs in the back seat. What setup would you guys suggest. Thanks a lot

It aint about the numbers dude. Quality of the sub/ how much power the amp is pushing into it. Is it right for it. 1 L7 15" is ****ing loud. I know that much. I got the loudest system at my school. right now. Before it was a L7 15".in a suv.

Loudest system at my school is either this one kids 15" XXX or another kids 18" XXX. Next down is a kid with 2 12" L7's. Then a kid with 3 W 3's in a little camero.

buy a cheap walmart sub and and wire the voice coils to an extension cord and put a switch on it. when it come time for the metering hit the switch and watch it do one really cool burp.

Or better yet when is the car show, so we know how much time we got to work with?

subs in the backseat? 4 12s, amp, wire, install, trinkets for under 750 dollars? are you sure your going to embarass this "kid" you speak of moreso than yourself?

all kidding aside, if you just want loud pickup some audiobahns, they are cheap and will do the trick of *bass master* at school. if your wanting a good stereo system, plan out what you want and atleast give us some direction here. 10s, 12s, 15s, SQ, SPL, sealed, ported, space to work with ..... any of that would be nice

u guys didnt ask him yet if he got a decent HU with a nice EQ, so he can bump the bass. or even RCA's preamp , out puts, so he connect an AMP,

and hey isnt 750 dollars, might be enough to get an AMP and a woofer, nothing else.

Person who recommended Audiobahn was wrong with .. being the loudest at school. Well unless u buy the Eternal Sub or whatever its called n give it 2000 watts. Ive heard that.. sounds good. But the cheaper series they have. Arent shit. my 1 12" was louder than 2 12"s ported in the back of a Blazer. Thats shit sorry. Those in Sealed boxes in the back of a blazer shoulda been louder... RE kicks ***..

And found a couple wholesalers and got a little building and all that great stuff. You tell me what you want and i will see what i can get it for you.
