Now I know it happens! But I wanted to know where are the best places to put some foam in your car to help stop the noise. I know in the trunk but does anyone have any specific places?

trunk lid where the thin sheet metal meets the braces also there usually is a nice license plate rattle which i fix by putting a sock under it before bolting it on... dont judge me //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif

If you dont want any rattle why are you getting subwoofers?

do people really use foam???? does that actually work???

i use weatherstripping foam - closed cell super firm rubber, etc.

try putting a few layers of electrical tape on the trunk latch (the fixed part on the bottom).

weatherstripping foam behind the license plate, anywhere you have two pieces missing (thickness can vary).
