ok, ive done some testing with one, my voltage dropped 3v MORE with a cap, than without one. so do you believe me, i did testing too... anybody can say some garbage like that. i dont believe your 10.5v vs. 13.5v at all.
that $100 can buy you a big *** everstart battery at walmart to add as a secondary battery that will work wonders with 1500rms compared to a cap.
What would you suggest i do running over 4kw rms? should i get like a 4 farad cap along with 1 battery up front? will that be enough? lol (since 1,000w needs a 1 farad capacitor according to manufacturers)
You sir, dont know shit.Only time i've seen a cap used for a good reason was wired to a relay so that when voltage went dropped low enough to shut the amp of, it stayed on
which is a retarded use for a retarded piece of equipment
Buy a battery, leave the caps to those dumb enough to buy em from the snake oil salesmen at best buy
I've used caps on at least 3 occasions with good results EVERY time.
Say what you will.
But I've never experienced a 3v drop..Something wrong there.
