im haveing a very hard time seeing that, however it appears as if it will work... However Im unsure if the cap and amp should have independant grounds, electrically It shouldnt make a difference so long as the ground wire can support both the amp and the cap...

well i just want to point out.. the power wire and the ground wires are both 0/1 everything else is 4 guage
