Capacitor Question

I haven't seen this answered anywhere. I know there is a formula to figure out what you should have I was wondering if you should have 2Fad and used a 1Fad, would this help a little ? and what if you have 20 Fad on the shelf can you over Fad and cause a problem or would it just take what you needed at the time ? I'm very new to all this so don't hate, if it's stupid just say so. Thanks RB

Starting again, haven't had anything in 25 years, had 3 soundstream D200's and A/D/S 320I's in the early 80's when things were getting started. have eclipse CD 7200, Critial Mass ULA 800, & SSA 1000 for amps. RS69, C552's & their 10'' sub for speakers, and got a bunch of 1/0 cable. Going to put it in my 68 impala, trying to get everything together and then figure out if I want to try it myself or not.

Unless there is a suspension of reality in your car, you'll be wasting money adding a cap.
