capacitor keeps draining

i have a tsunami 2 farad capacitor and for some reason when i charge it up, it would read 12.4v and then all of the volts would drain back out in like 2 days and it would read 0.0v again. do i need a new cap or what?

LOL this one of the greatest post I have ever came across in these forums with the exception of the guy who wanted a system so loud his ears would bleed; it was suggested that he pierce his ear drums with shishkabob sticks, oh and the other guy who wanted his system so loud it sounded like a concert in his ride..
