Cap to Cone reglue question

I bought 4 used SA-15s from a guy I know. One U can see the dust cap was reglued to the cone, as well as today (1st day getting to play em) the dust cap came loose. What glue should I use to reglue it? A 2 part clear epoxy? Krazy Glue? I've never had to reglue a dust cap back to the cone, as when it came off...fire or smoke followed. Any advice helps!

Amazing Goop. Original or Shoe Goop both are best for dustcaps.

i use e6000 but goop can be used too.

because at high excursion the cone dose have flex and the ca will give out and crack...
