it nothing we did. The truck is old and its time to change parts. But what happen was I turn my heat on than smoke came thru the vent which i realize and ask mike and my old man they both said the blower motor went bad. so it going to be a lil while before i get the system going. I still might go out to mike and get the recones done. cuz i have to leave the truck at home anyway to get the leak from the sunroof fix to.

Part of owning a used vehicle is maintenance. Prepare yourself for these types of problems. Sorry, but that stuff does happen.

Wait till the ****** goes out, you'll be wishing the problem was as simple/cheap as a blower motor.

Heater core will usually leave a nice little green puddle on your floor mats to let you know it died.
Yeah that too, fun to clean outta the carpet //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

Nothing is worse than my car. I paid it off and a month later, the engine and alty goes. I let it sit for a few months and got it fixed. Soon as i paid for that, I need 2 front tires because they dry rotted from sitting on an incline in the snow for so long. And I has all of my fluids exchanged in it just to be safe. Up until then, I had the started, radiator and a bunch of other stuff done.

A few months, problems and batteries later, I finally hooked up my system and on the way to get it done, the motor on my driver's window might be shot. It won't go up or down. Luckily it went up before it went to shit.

I feel for you though. You were taking the path that I was trying to hook it up slowly. most important thing is to make sure your truck is running before you throw the system in. the car audio will be there.
