cant take the power!

im willing to be 70% or more of people that run these big ***, amps dont have half the electrical needed to run them properly
Im willing to bet the percentage is much higher even than that. I see people on the boards recommending anything 'up to 1500-1800 watts' on a stock electrical system all the time. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif

4 deep cycle batts big 3 160 amp alt and the gain is less than a 1/3 so dont say its my electrical!!why you gotta be dis my sh!t KNOCKIN IT420 i just asked for advise not insults dumbasS!
why didnt you say that in the first place

having 4 batts on a 160 amp alt seems like alot to me
in his defense, the HK amps are total power hogs....plus they're seriously flakey when they get around a 11v feed to them during transients.

Just get some subs that take around 750 per coil (like some dvc 2's) and that should give you enough headroom.
