cant make up my mind

i simply cant decide wether i want to go with one solo x 18" or 2 Fi BL 18s(amp:Memphis 4kw). I can get either for around the same price and I know it probably makes more since to go with the 2 18s because of more cone area but i have never used anything but kicker subs and although everything i have read on here about Fi subs seems to be good im still not sure which way to go. Im looking mostly for spl i really could care less about sound quality i just want to no which would be the loudest.

fi no contest, go out on a limb and get some real spl subs from a company that knows how to do it right,
