cant hear sub. well barely

i ono wuts wrong. i jus hooked up the directed 1100d to it. My other directed 1100d works fine on the sx but for some reason the amp dosnt work well in the bimmer. What could be the source to the problem. my small mtx amp worked better. amp turns green sub plays soft barely audible:crap:

I was thinking cancellation as well... but one 12"

hook up the amp to a regular speaker just to check if the bimmer puts out any output...

its either faulty wiring which i hope. thing is i hooked up the other directed in my amp the first day and thought it was broke to. Then hooked it to the sx 18 and it was fine. Then i hooked up a friends amp to my type r and it was playin fine in my car and a friends car. Wut could it be wut could it be

you could look into it and see if there are any resistors or caps or fillements blown or something... Try just hooking it up with a battery... Pos to pos, neg to neg and run a short wire from pos to REM. If it lights up then there is probably something with the terminals...
