Can't get video to my flip-down

I have bought the 6 pin s video cable it fits my flipdown but when I plug the other end into video out on my jensen 9311 it still says no signal; I also have a 9511 do u think I should hook that one up

The top plug is the one he has, and the left one is S-Video. 6-pin svideo I'm pretty sure isnt called Svideo at all.

Edit: It's called 6-Pin PS/2

I have that same adapter, except its S-video to female RCA. it allows me to play video off my laptop through my flipout.
